Characters and Cast for Neppu Kairiku Bushi Lord

03Reviving a project which has been delayed for quite a long time, the game maker Bushiroad has begun streaming an animated PV for Neppu Kairiku Bushi Lord recently. The promotional video lists the characters, cast and staff for this incoming science-fiction anime. Takaaki Kidani, the president of Bushiroad productions, is credited as the original concept creator as well as executive producer of the film. Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai! Anime Announced

05An idol turned pro wrestler! What in the world is going on? This cute but chaotic plot is the storyline for Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai (世界でいちばん強くなりたい! I Wanna Be the Strongest in the World!). The commercial for the female wrestling idol manga has just announced that an anime production is currently ongoing. Through this teaser, fans can hear snippets of the song “Beautiful Dreamer” by Kyoko Narumi.

Updates for Studio Ghibli’s Kaguya-hime no Monogatari

03We all have been looking forward for the Isao Takahata and Studio Ghibli collaboration film Kaguya-hime no Monogatari (The Tale of Princess Kaguya) after it has been revealed alongside with another film The Wind Rises. Initially, Kaguya-Hime was slated to be released simultaneously with this well-acclaimed animated film, but the delay in production forced the project to be moved this fall.

Barakamon To Be Animated

01A new manga is getting adapted for a wacky, adventurous animation! Square Enix’s own Gangan Online web magazine has just announced that Barakamon (ばらかもん) by Satsuki Yoshino will be getting its anime adaptation. Yoshino launched the manga back in 2009 which was published in Square Enix’s digital manga magazine. The company will be shipping the eight compiled volume on September 21.

This comedy manga is based on a slice-of-life inspiring story of an absolutely dashing ikemen, 23-year old calligrapher named Seishu Handa. Keep Reading

Kindaichi Case Files Return with New Live Action Special

03The new Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo (Kindaichi Case Files) will be back on the small screen with a new live action offer, the Kindaichi Shōnen no Jikenbo: Gokumon Juku Satsujin Jiken (Kindaichi Case Files: The Prison Cram School Murder Case). Ryosuke Yamada will be reprising his role as the teen detective, Hajime Kindaichi and Haruna Kawaguchi will be reprising her role of Nanase. Kyoukai no Kanata Anime

02Kyōkai no Kanata (境界の彼方, Beyond the Boundary) began as a light novel series created by Nagomu Torii and is illustrated by Chise Kamoi. Torii is known to have entered the first novel in the series for the Kyoto Animation Award in 2011, where it won an honorable mention in the novel category. Later on, the novel was published on 2012 and a second volume was released on April 2013.
