Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Planned For Movie Remake
Go, go Power Rangers!
If you grew up in the 90’s, chances are you know the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers are and you’d be full of nostalgia faster than you can say “It’s Morphin Time!”. Lionsgate Entertainment has made an announcement on May 7 that the entertainment company has teamed up with the original Power Rangers producer, Haim Saban, to give the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers a movie-sized reboot.

Look at what we have here! Bakuman (バクマン。) is getting a live action take scheduled for 2015 and it features not one but two of the Rurouni Kenshin (るろうに剣心 -明治剣客浪漫譚-) live-action stars! Takeru Satoh (佐藤 健) who played Kenshin Himura (緋村 剣心) and Ryunosuke Kamiki (神木 隆之介) who filled in the shoes for Sojiro Seta (瀬田 宗次郎), trade their swords for pens as Bakuman’s Moritaka Mashiro (真城 最高) and Akito Takagi (高木 秋人) respectively. 
Kill La Kill (キルラキル) is already done but the mania still isn’t over! As announced by Anime Expo, their July event will hold a Kill La Kill Special Event featuring the cast and crew of the epic action anime that has gotten everyone on their toes since the first episode.
