Magi: The Labyrinth Of Magic Anime Makes A Comeback

magi anime 2If you missed Aladdin’s (アラジン) crazy antics and adventures, here’s a great news for all you Magi (マギ) fans. Aladdin is coming back with a new Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic anime series! On September 22, 2013, a showcase which will feature the fist two episode will be aired. An announcement of the cast additions will also be featured on the same date.

Created by Shinobu Ohtaka (大高 忍), Magi first kicked off as a manga series published in Weekly Shonen Sunday (週刊少年サンデー) on June of 2009. Keep Reading

Neppu Kairiku Bushi Road Coming This Fall

04Bushiroad has already confirmed that its Neppu Kairiku Bushi Lord project will be revamped into Neppu Kairiku Bushi Road, a TV Anime slated this fall. This was revealed at the Bushiroad Dai Senryaku Happyoukai 2013 event. This anime series will be a collaboration of Bushiroad, Bandai Visual, Nitroplus and Kinema Citrus.

This project, involving an anime movie in 2005, has been originally announced back in 2003 as a collaboration between the studios Gainax, Broccoli and Takara. Keep Reading

More Details on New Hayao Miyazaki Film Revealed

02 - Wind RisesStudio Ghibli has released an ad preview for the new Hayao Miyazaki film, Kaze Ga Tachiru (The Wind Rises). Details for the upcoming project have been revealed, including the theme song Hikouki Gumo (Airplane Cloud) which is contributed by Yumi Matsutoya. Matsutoya has composed the song when she was 16 years old.

The service provider au has also revealed that they will be collaborating with this new project. Two ads have streamed with their brand included, which depicts Evangelion director Hideaki Anno as Horikishi in front of the mic. Keep Reading
