43906798It’s hard to believe but Naruto will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Masashi Kishimoto, creator of the world famous ninja anime, worked relentlessly on this film. Kishimoto said

To celebrate it’s 10th year anniversary, I worked on the storyline and design selfishly with all my might.

Still an ongoing anime and manga series, Naruto is a young ninja who constantly dreams of becoming Hokage. Although in the first series, he was constantly having problems with his ninja skills and having to live under the shadow of Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto improved day by day because of sheer determination. Not to mention with a little help from the reluctant Demon Fox sealed inside his body.

In Shippuden, however, he gains the trust of the Demon Fox and becomes an even more powerful ninja, facing foes even more powerful than Orochimaru. Although the manga was first published in 1997, the anime take on the manga was released in 2002.

This year’s Naruto movie is the ninth film from the franchise and is entitled “ROAD TO NINJA – NARUTO THE MOVIE”. Road to Ninja will be released on July 29, 2012 and Kishimoto exuberantly expresses his excitement over his latest project saying:

I promise to make it an entertaining movie, so please look forward to it.

With that said, Naruto fans can rest assure that the next film will keep them on their toes, take them on the edge of their seat and ultimately blow their minds. Mark your calendars for the 29th of July and make sure not miss this special 10th anniversary movie!
