Latest Photo Meme Focuses on Attack On Titan

From school girls firing hadoukens (波動拳) and kamehamehas (かめはめ波) to humans pretending to be Titans (巨人). That’s right ladies and gentlemen, another photo meme has struck the internet and this time it’s Hajime Isayama’s (諫山 創) Attack on Titan (進撃の巨人).

Attack on Titan is an ongoing manga series by Isayama that was first released on 2009. The story is simple: humans live behind three tall Walls (ウォール) that separate them from Titans, gigantic humanoid creatures that preys on human beings. Erin Jaeger (エレン・イェーガー), along with his adoptive sister, Mikasa Ackerman (ミカサ・アッカーマン) and the survivors of the human race fight off the Titans with their weapons called the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear (立体機動装置). On April 6, 2013, the first episode of the anime version of Attack on Titan was released, and like the manga, is currently an ongoing series although the anime has been known to have a total of 25 episodes only. The anime is currently at episode 7 entitled The Tiny Blade: Battle of Trost District, Part 3 (小さな刃　―トロスト区攻防戦③―).
