Heads up, Filipino cosplayers! The Philippine Cosplay Convention is back! Cosplay.PH has worked side-by-side together with Hobbiworx, Inc. and Robinson’s Place Manila to bring cosplayers and congoers together under this free event. This year’s Philippine Cosplay Convention is celebrating its seventh year since its first successful kick start in 2008.

Test your skills and passion for cosplay in the cosplay contests laid out for PCC 7! Categories such as individual and group cosplay are present with unique categories added, namely the Historical Cosplay and Filipino Cosplay, to pique your interest and keep you on their toes. Registrations are free and great prizes await the winners! The PCC doesn’t cater to just cosplay alone – the event will hold exhibits as well as cosplay and anime auctions.

Cosplay newbies are welcomed with open arms in the PCC 7! If this is going to be your first time attending a cosplay event, the Cosplay Catwalk is your chance to strut your stuff and show everyone how much you love your character. Broaden your horizons and meet fellow cosplayers via the Cosplay Tag!

Mark your calendars and prepare your costume, wigs, make-up and other cosplay paraphernalia because the 7th Philippine Cosplay Convention is coming to Robinson’s Place Manila on March 8 and 9, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on both days. The finalist and winners of the 2013 Cosplay Costume of the Year will also be announced on PCC 7 so don’t miss it!

For more information, head on down to the official Cosplay.PH website. If you’re almost always hooked on Facebook, check out their event page for the latest updates. Click here for the contest rules.
