With the Cosplay Tournament of Champions 5 World Class well under way, cosplay teams from hailing from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are slowly but surely making their way to the top with the finals to be held at Cosplay Mania ’14. CyberConnect2 President Announces Appearance At Japan Expo 2014

Hiroshi MatsuyamaOne of the things to look out for at the Japan Expo 2014 is the presence of CyberConnect2 president, Hiroshi Matsuyama (松山洋). In a quick Youtube video featured on the Bandai Namco Games Europe channel, Matsuyama leaves a message that’s enough to set Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm (ナルト- ナルティメットストーム) fans pumped up!

In the video, Matsuyama more than just makes an announcement about popping up in Japan Expo 2014 – he also introduces the latest Ninja Storm installment called Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution (ナルト- 疾風伝ナルティメットストームレボリューション) which will be available for hands-on play at the event. Shingeki No Kyojin Art Exhibit Planned For 2014

Shingeki No Kyojin ExhibitOn April 4, 2014, it was officially announced via PR Times Japan that a Shingeki no Kyojin (進撃の巨人) art exhibit will be held at the Ueno Royal Museum. The exhibit will feature Shingeki no Kyojin creator Hajime Isayama’s (諫山 創) original works.

The Shingeki no Kyojin art exhibit will make use of the entire museum and a full program is currently being worked on so if you’re a Shingeki no Kyojin fan, expect something big! Keep Reading

Evangelion SwordNeon Genesis Evangelion (新世紀エヴァンゲリオン) has held Japanese sword exhibits in and around Japan which became a huge hit around the country. Stepping out of home for the first time, Evangelion and Japanese Swords will be visiting Madrid, Spain and Paris, France soon!

So what is the Evangelion and Japanese Swords about and what should you expect from this cool exhibit? Japanese swordsmiths have been inspired by the Rebuild of Evangelion series of movies that they recreated the weapons featured in those movies into real replicas but with a traditional Japanese touch to it.
